Metal Roof Replacement and Leak Repair
In this project, our objective was to replace an aging tile roof with a more durable and resilient metal roof. Additionally, we took on the task of resolving a wall leak issue at the molding next to the roof we replaced. The leak was attributable to the molding missing metal flashing. What might appear as a straightforward job was actually quite challenging due to the height and limited accessibility of the work area. To ensure the safety of our team and the seamless execution of the project, we opted for a boom lift rental. This choice enabled us to work at elevated heights with the utmost safety, ensuring the project was completed with the highest level of skill and precision.
