Scope of Work
Tenant improvement consisting of a renovation build-out of existing Guitar Center Store. Lesson Rooms have been built with soundproof construction materials to prevent sound from leaving or entering rooms and to provide better sound quality for their customers. Guitar Center now offers music classes with its newly featured lesson rooms additions.
